Revised Montana Medical Legal Panel Rules of Procedure
This link will take you to the Supreme Court's Order of May 7, 2013 and the revised Montana Medical Legal Panel Rules of Procedure.

According to the Montana Medical Legal Panel, the primary reasons for revising the Rules were to align the Rules to statutes, improve the style and language in order to assist all people involved in the Panel process, and to provide clarification on matters which have arisen in a number of claims since the Rules were last revised in 2001.

If you have any questions, you can contact Jean Branscum, Director, Montana Medical Legal Panel Office at 406.443.1110 or jean@mmaoffice.org.

MDTL Release Deskbook Second Edition 2010
The Release Deskbook is a desk reference for lawyers, first created by MDTL to cover personal injury claims. Included in the first edition were loose leaf forms and general discussion and practice pointers. Since it was first created, practitioners have seen the need to expand the Deskbook to cover non-injury claims of many types as well as issues common to all civil litigation. The Deskbook is available on DVD. The price for a single user is $250 for MDTL members and $350 for non-members.
